Domino's Pizza

Normally no issues, but the last pie I ordered looked like it was smashed against the side of the box, IDK what happened but all the toppings were against one side, this should not have been delivered to a customer....

Y’all move like you’re walking through quicksand. It takes 7 minutes to go through the oven so why am I waiting 15 minutes on an order that should already be ready if it’s “the next one up”

Disgusting undercooked I asked for well done and it was a 3 topping and barely had any of wut I asked for completely too expensive to be unsatisfied I wont go ther again pizza hut next time

Ordered a delivery order at 11:30 called back at 12:30 and they still haven’t even started the order, here we are 1:40 and nothing. Called to cancel because the order wouldn’t be here before I left because I had work, that’s why I ordered it at 11:30. but now I have a hold for my money for 7 days.

Once AGAIN, Time and Time Again, Dominos store #04305 at
994 J.clyde Morris Blvd (NN, VA) proved Why Domino’s is the best pizza place and on top of that why they #04305 are the best Domino’s store location.

Slow, said my order would be ready in 16 to 28 minutes. 30 minutes later and they still haven’t started making my order.

Re adjusts completion time after I arrive. They don't keep pizza in a warmer so it will get cold before you pick it up. Consistent about under cooking.

Ordered 2 pizzas online with about 40 minutes left until closing, tracker said 25 minutes until delivery when I ordered. Tracker said it was being 'prepped' all the way until well after closing, so they hit the button to acknowledge the order when it came in..They didn't even try to make my food, or care to let me know they weren't going to. Negative stars.

I have frequented this restaurant for a few months since it is close to my work project. And I have learned some of the people's names.
But I can honestly say the manager Kaylee is sub par at best. And it shows through out the rest of the employees. With some exceptions.
The next situation is the homeless men hanging around in front of the store sidewalk harassing me and others for money,food.and what not.
I would not let a female in my family come to pick up from this location due to the harassing. Enough said.

I ordered (delivery) a beef pizza with extra cheese and hot wings. My pizza had hardly no cheese. I could see through straight to the crust. My wings were just soggy fried chicken they squired sauce on. When I called I was informed that “there was enough cheese,” and that if I wanted it corrected I would have to drive it back. I’d literally had it delivered because I was at work and could drive there. I was told the wings aren’t tossed, they just squirt sauce on it. (I could’ve ordered dipping sauce for that) I was told i couldn’t have manager’s name and there was nothing they could help me with. Wasted $30+ on terrible food and customer service.

I ordered a pizza for pick up and arrived 15 mins later, the staff told me they would be with me in a minute. I proceeded to wait for another 10 mins while they were talking unrelated work things amongst themselves. When they finally brought my pizza to me they told me they only accept bills under 20s and I would need to drive across the street to break it. The website only states that driver carry $20 in change and is why I choose pick up. Waste of time/rude employees
