I usually enjoy getting pizza from Domino’s but this location was a different story. I placed my order through the app and headed over after getting the notification that it was ready. When I got there I found out they had given my pizza to someone else. They apologized which I appreciated but didn’t really make an effort to fix the situation quickly. I get that they were busy so I was patient but I still ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes. To top it off when I finally got my pizza it wasn’t even sliced. Just handed a whole pie. Definitely not the experience I expected.

When ever I got to the store old lady in night shift and an white young guy always mis behave with me they don't know how to treat a costumer and they don't know how to take a correct order as an Indian I am pure vegan and same lady ring me up for no veg pizza and than after she started fighting with me

Second time also same shit happened

Third time she was answering delivery phone call and the guy was standing back there he did not say anything I ask him that time they close he only answer me the time I was standing 5 minutes he was having a free hands and when I ask the lady they she can take my order or not she denied and when I questioned her that why that guy don't comes up to take order the just told me to leave form the store

I requested the Manager that they should change the staff at night shift

Just left there, I attempted to order just 1 order of cheesy bread...the short white girl looked at the people making the pizza and asked them do you feel like making more...the girl and guy said no
..then she looked at me and said we're closing early at 10. It was 936pm when I walked in. I asked fir the manager nobody said nothing ....asked for the store number to report them ....the pretended like they didn't know it...then gave me the actually store number as the 944 listed address on the outside of the building....then gave me the actual store number number and I said corporate number they finally said 1800dominoes ....then one employee said she called the regional manager and that's what she was told ....she only walked away for 30 seconds....if you have a buzz in button on the outside of your door why was I able to get in instead of locking it and buzzing people in who ordered online.....why would you ask if they feel like making another pizza....this was my 1st attempt at Dominoes in maybe 7 yrs ....Not that it matters but I won't be patronizing Dominoes ever again.

I put my order in at 630. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes. It's now 730 and no sign of food at all. I called to speak to the manger Kaley and she had an absolutely awful attitude. She pretty much said too bad and hung up on me. She needs to be replaced and they need to make sure their order times are correct. I don't live anywhere near here and apparently canceling my order isn't an option. Not to mention we would need the money back to go get food elsewhere. I promise I won't ever be ordering from this location again. If corporate doesn't handle this correctly dominos count your days!

This Dominio's is used often for my job which is great and convenient. Unfortunately, the 2 times I have ordered a buffalo chicken pizza the buffalo sauce was not on it. I called the 1st time to ensure the sauce will be put on it, due to it not being on the pizza when a coworker ordered it prior. I was told it would be on the pizza. When my pizza arrived I had a free med pizza deal on my app. And no the sauce was not on my pizza. It's frustrating because I'm not getting what I order if buffalo sauce is included with the pizza.
As I appreciate them trying to fix the mistakes with a free med pizza it's not the pizza I order.

night ruined

Ordered a pizza at 8:07pm and it didn't show up until 10:40pm. If you're hungry and looking for a quick pizza order somewhere else. There's like 4 other dominos in a 5 mile radius anyways

I order a veggi pizza from the store and the lady taking order missunderstood the order i order veggi pizza and even i ask for veggis as well i clearly mention about i dont want banana peppers and insted i want pineapple in it and she just makr pineapple pizza when i started said its not my order 2 employee started arguing at me started yelling at me and saying that it was my fault i didnt order it properly

Pizza was ready an hour after I was told to pick it up and very rude customer service.

Also none of the workers taking the pizzas out and packing them in the boxes weren't wearing gloves. Just Nasty!!!!

Will never return to this Domino's location for sure!!!!!!!
