HAMPTON LOCATION IS WAY 1000% BETTER! I’ve tried this location three times on separate occasions and I have given up. It’s worth the drive to Hampton for the Hampton Domoishi if you are in Newport News. The bowls aren’t filled, my bowl was drenched in sauce it was inedible. Now I’m off to place at the Hampton location!

I ordered a poke bowl and it has twice as much sauce as the first time I ordered it. They took it back and remade it without any problems. Absolutely love the coffee bobba!

STAY AWAY!!!!
1. The bathroom is disgusting and nothing works how it should.
2. The food is not fresh at all; the avocado was brown and hard and the fish was obviously recently thawed and hard as well.
3. My drink spilled on me as soon as I sat in my car; it wasn't sealed correctly at all.

Needless to say, this DOMOISHI succeeded in removing any appetite I had.

I have always had a great experience here! Their poke is fresh and the wings are amazing!!! They have awesome drinks too! I always come here when I crave sushi and don't feel like driving too far!

Place was great, may make it a regular place I go to.
Edit: these pass couple of weeks with them have been terribly slow. I order online and the say it will take 25 to 30mins to make, I go over after the 30 minute mark and they said my order is still cooking at this point it's past 40mins.

Came here because I tried Hampton’s location for the first time and loved it! But this location was literally disgusting. Chicken gave cheap and precooked. 0/10

Let me start by saying, I walked in with speed on my mind. I asked politely how long it would take for a poke bowl if I put it in the computer as my profession only allows me a few minutes and I like to make sure I’m not rushing anyone or late for the things I need to do. There was nobody there. Two young men sitting up front, one on his phone (headphones) and the other sitting at the register (on his phone also) so I said okay it should t take long. One young man told me 5 minutes. Okay cool that’s how much time I have. After ringing it up and I seen the order print out, the one making the bowl…… decided he wanted to do a little dance and procrastinate making my bowl like I had and hour break or something. He had to change his song 4 times before making my food lol usually I don’t trip but cmon sir. I asked politely, and yes politely… if I was waiting on an ingredient. He said no…. Did another drum solo, changed the song and then made my food. This all in total took 15 minutes. 😭

I ordered my food online , waited 30 min to pickup, went in and I was told they didn't have it, then was told they gave it to someone else, i showed him my phone and order and they couldn't find it, maybe 10 min later they found my order in system, I had to wait another 30 min for my order. Was a terrible service with no apology or maybe a discount for having to wait so long.
