Just go to the one in Hampton. Nine times outta ten the order is going to be wrong. The one time they get it right it’s going to be hot garbage flavored. Like I didnt know they have a secret menu option for trash flavored Boba, but if that your jam, this will be your place. Even better if you love sticky tables and glazed over, annoyed people taking your money and messing up orders.

Spicy soy garlic wings and poke bowls are always a hit for me. A bit pricey but I enjoy it everytime

Took forever to get a simple carryout order of wings and Ramen. Counter person unapologetic and not concerned about the excessive wait time. When asked to cancel the order after about 15 minutes he said no refunds and made no effort to get the order out any faster. Extremely poor customer service!!!

This is a small ramen place with just a few tables for seating. We came here to eat ramen and poke bowl. The ramen was good but the rice on the poke bowl was hard and not under cooked. I told them about the rice and they replace it right away at no cost. The bubble tea is decent but I’ve had better in other places. Service is ok but not exceptional. I just really appreciate it that they replaced my order.

The ramen was good, but the customer service was poor! If it weren't for the young man at the counter showing little interest—more focused on his phone than the customers—I would have given a 5-star rating. I wasn't greeted, and he didn’t say a word when handing me my food. Owners should really pay closer attention to who they hire, as customer service can make or break a business. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

This was genuinely so disappointing😭 this location used to be pretty good and reliable but the last two times ive been, i was super disappointed. First time, i got a poke bowl and one or two of the toppings didnt look right but i tried some anyway and it definitely wasnt right. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried it again today. Bro. Half of the things in the bowl were definitely out of date. Im not usually someone that leaves reviews often, but this place is going to get somebody sick. Paying $16 for a bowl plus tip and half of the ingredients are expired is wild. This would be a huge health code violation which puts your jobs at risk. It puts others at risk for food poisoning or even worse. When i called today, the employee very obviously did not care which is whatever. Ive also worked jobs i didn't care about that much, but dude, i’ve never just not cared to THAT extent. Idk if its your management or this dudes general idgaf attitude but someone needs to get fired bc WHAT. Im genuinely like aghast. Like clutching my pearls and beyond baffled. Idek what else to say, but like dude go work in retail where you cant potentially kill someone from bad food omg

I called 3 times 20 minutes before 9pm, no one answered. The voice message said they were open til 10pm I pulled into the parking lot @ 10 minutes before 9pm & the teenagers inside cut the inside lights off as I was walking up. Needless to say they have lost my business and all of my friends.

The quality of the food for the price was not worth it. Spent over $40 for not even 3oz of meat. You have to pay before you eat for a reason.

Went and ordered two teas. Mine has jelly in it and I order this drink all the time, it never comes with jelly. So I asked for a new one and they said it came with it. I ended up just buying another one because I really wanted one, and the next one they gave me had no sugar and no ice. I said hello when I walked in & everyone ignored us. Terrible service. If a drink is $8, it should be able to me made right. I will not be returning.

Discovering Domoishi in Newport News, Virginia, was a delightful surprise! Craving a steaming bowl of Ramen, I stumbled upon this hidden gem. The experience was phenomenal!

The staff, particularly Collin, were attentive and knowledgeable. His recommendation of the Tokoyaki appetizer was spot on!

Meeting the owner added a personal touch, showcasing the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Domoishi exceeded expectations!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered a Thai tea and it was disgusting! I’m from Seattle and we have authentic Thai tea. The workers were lazy they literally just sat there and told me to order at the kiosk. Then the young man called my name when my drink was done as if I wasn’t standing right in front of him and literally the only person in the restaurant. I will

I ordered a poke bowl and the majority of spring mix was rotten. The picture is of what I had to throw out. I called to let them know, and they said they’ll let the kitchen staff know to throw it out. I find it a bit weird that they didn’t notice the rot while assembling the bowl. As for atmosphere, I should have lost my appetite before even stepping in the door because of the sewage spilling out of the restaurant into the parking lot.
