The food is delicious. Just hope that you never have an issue with a delivery order or need to speak to anyone in the building because they DO NOT ANSWER PHONES AT ALLLLLLLL. So no resolution and no refund because you’re gonna be ignored.

If you can get there when they aren't busy the service is decent and the food is good. If they are busy then the estimated wait time should be taken with a grain of salt and checking in online is a good idea.

Some of the tables (2 top) are a little cramped, especially considering much of the serviceware is larger or meals required multiple plates/bowls; however, the service from Lo was the best I've had from this establishment to date. She was attentive, knowledgeable and kind.

Do not order First Watch on DoorDash if you want half of your order missing. After 11am I ordered three trifectas and two grits with cheese. One trifecta and two grits aren’t in the bag when it’s delivered to my house. I call First Watch, they said okay come pick up the rest of the food and we’ll have you speak to a manager. I go there, tell the check in person I am missing my DoorDash order, they tell me that the manager is on their way/working on it. 30 minutes later no manager and no food. After waiting 30 minutes for the rest of my order I go back up to the counter and tell the man that I had a missing order and the name for the order and he tells me that 2 orders with my name went out at 10:00am even though my food was ordered after 11:00am. Then come to find out my food was sitting on the DoorDash pick up shelf the whole time and no one notified me about it. I understand that it is busy because I was watching people come through nonstop, but do better for the customers who order online. That was not good service. 👎👎👎
