Stuff maybe new but the negative comments uncalled for about the other customers !!! I'm not mad at a wait for fresh food! Last time everything was fresh but burger bread was so hard and it was cold couldn't eat it .when I called was placed on hold with a greeting until I hung up 12mins of waiting

Decided to stop in for a Frisco Burger for lunch! They have these new crinkle cut fries and they were delicious! Burger was juicy and bacon was crispy!

I got the Monster Burger, and I always get the same thing when I would get lunch at Hardees. I wasn't happy. The burger patties are thinner and smaller, and the burger was also very dry. This wasn't the only Hardee's that I have been to and got my food and have been disappointed

Waited at the drive through for 15 minutes before receiving my order.
After waiting 14 minutes for the order to arrive, one may drive off without more than a cursory check on the food. Unfortunately, in this case, while the bag contained two burgers with the rest of the food, they were neither a Monster Burger nor a Mushroom n Swiss. Instead, we recieved 2 overcooked large double cheese burgers with only ketchup and mustard toppings. Will mark this as a 'do not stop' for future trips through southern VA.

Haven't had Hardee's in over 30 years. (I live in PA) The manager waited on us, was super friendly, and I had a mushroom Swiss burger that was probably the best fast food burger I can remember ever having. Thanks!

DON'T DO IT! I got breakfast from here and it was horrible! The food was old and disgusting. The sad part is I ordered my food one hour after they opened, and the food was still old and nasty. I'm just pissedoff because I wasted my hard earned money on 5 hard brick sandwiches. NEVER AGAIN, SCAMMERS! ?
