Somewhere earlier someone posted about how great their onion rings are at Hilton Tavern. I tend to take a dim view of praises for onion rings; however, presently I am sitting on their back patio with their rings and a beverage. (Photo is after I had eaten about half of the order. )Their rings are OVER THE TOP GREAT!I highly recommend Hilton Tavern!!!!Sarah, our waitress, is awesome, quick to check on our table out on the patio in a timely manner and and ensure that her customers are well cared for.They are very pet friendly ... dog tested and approved!

My husband Bobby and little dog Tucker and I took a ride and was caught up in the storm. Grace welcomed us and our dog Tucker!! Food was excellent!!! Customers (Kelly ❤️) and staff was friendly! We’ll definitely be back and next time plan to stay longer and listen to some live music!

The food is outstanding here and of great value. The servers are very attentive. BBQ and wings are smoked onsite and the beer list is long. Portions are large.. When crowded you need to be patient because the kitchen is small but time goes by quickly mainly because the music is simply outstanding. Any night of the week features a local artist playing acoustic music and at times an entire band. Outside seating is plentiful and the inside is homey filled with an eclectic blend of furniture Local patrons are both friendly and colorful in a Key Westy kind of way.
