Jersey Mike's Subs

Out of all the Jersey Mike's this one seems to get it right every time. I'm rather shocked to see that it has three and a half stars because this place always gets it right for us. My husband always gets the roast beef on a large with rosemary bread and I always get the veggie mini on the rosemary bread. It's always very fresh The people are very kind, I have never noticed any kind of unsanitary production in the making. I am food service certified twice over, and I pay attention.
I am extremely pleased with their service and their accuracy. We always place or order in person, and leave with a smile!

This is the second time in a month I’ve come here an hour before closing n they just rush through the food this place is too expensive for this type of stuff and I don’t appreciate it. They also need to seal when you come in where are their manners and work ethics smh

Jersey Mikes is delicious. I usually get great service. I always get takeout.

Young man cook me the best Philly cheesesteak sub ever it was fire I’m definitely rated 10/11broke my scale frfr.🤌🏽🤤

I observed this young employee with the hat who appeared to be on a break or chilling out while conversing with a friend. She came behind the counter to assist with my sandwich preparation, holding her cell phone in one hand. She retrieved gloves but did not wash her hands prior to handling food. Subsequently, she instructed her male co-worker who was already behind the counter to complete my sandwich. This behavior raises concerns about the standards of customer service and hygiene practices. I waited in my vehicle for twenty minutes while other customers entered the establishment and were attended to. The employee remained seated with her friend during this time. I would like to inquire about the presence and oversight of management in this situation. I have decided not to return to this establishment. Google didn't give me a place to upload her picture, however, the young lady was short and heavy-shaped. I went in around 7:45p on Jan 23.

Food great.The young lady at the west mercury location needs a new job. Serving people is not for her. I will NEVER go to this location again. I suggest everyone go tona different location.

I came into the store on 10/8. I asked the gentleman to change his gloves please. He had just fixed a sandwich with tomato (allergic) and he had just taken money from a customer. He continued to fix my sandwich. We left and went to Hampton store. They cleaned down the area and changed gloves. My family is in Jersey Mike at least 6 or 7 times a month and never had an issue.

No greeting. Just asked if I wanted a hot or cold sub. My sub had specifics. The young lady wasn't happy about it. I got the club. It's my favorite. She forgot the bacon. She informed me bacon was not included. I asked why and referred to the menu. I couldn't hear her reply as she walked off and failed to explain. The cashier didn't offer a bag or receipt. I said have a good night he just walked off. No customer service skill. I won't be returning.

Great experience, the kid making my sandwich (i think his name is shaheim? That’s what was on his apron) was super personable and friendly. Great sandwich too. Will be back!

Steak Philly was surprisingly really good. Almost as good as the Philly cheese steak I had in Philly a month ago. Highly recommend.

Subs suck price is to high for such a small portion and they don't toast or give you the option I'm a first and last time customer
