Come to Jimmy Johns because it's supposed to be quick. Been here 3 times now and it takes 15 minutes to get your order. The sandwich makers struggle to read the orders and three of the five workers are always behind them just talking doing hardly anything.

I don't usually eat subs because they are usually ALL bread other places....but my friend really wanted JJ's so I ordered too. My spicy Italian was out of this world, packed with meats and cheese and jalapenos. ...and I only eat meat 5-6 times a year.

Had the mediterranean veggie wrap and mediterranean chicken wrap. The veggie wrap was made well. The chicken wrap was not layered correctly and overwhelmed the taste buds with oil tapenade and vinegar.

just moved to area, went to location...seems everywhere is cutting down on service...wont go to Walmart any more due to self serve registers are only open...any place that has these self serve registers and want the customer to pay for outragious prices...then ewantYOUto check out...forget it. went to Jimmy Johns and ordered 2 meals....they gave me two sandwiches wrapped...no bag...no drink, no chips, no cookies...they exspect YOU to get a bag...puur your drinks and get whatever else you ordered and get it yourself...well, certainly wont be back....the prices are inline with expensive fast food....so....I took extra cookies, drinks and chips...maybe they will do their job .

Good when it's good, bad when it's bad. These people seem overwhelmed and overworked; especially when it comes to online orders. The food is fine as a sandwich is a sandwich. Yet, please do not expect to place an online/in app order to get faster service. As everyone else is thinking the same. An hour long wait for an in app order during a Wednesday at 1pm is insane. Seem to be 3 people working. 2 for in-store orders and 1 for online orders. There is a gym right behind it and an apartment complex 2 mins away from this location. Not to mention it's on a shopping strip (people who work at the stores).
Edit: The people who work here are very nice people as they are clearly use to it. Just doing the best they can. Give all of these people incentives for working peak hours!!!!!
