I have ordered a few catering orders from the Jefferson Ave. location, it has been timely, well put together and everyone has raved about the sandwiches! The manager went above and beyond to help bring my large order to my car. Best service!!!

My food was prepared not the right way!The manager was rude because he did want redo the one sandwich but other one .there was not heated.He said he couldn't do ,that the other sandwich was the wrong size .At this point I had already paid and going to recharge me!Not my mistake and he needs to a little bit better with his attitude

I usually hate tomatoes, but today I ordered a turkey Tom and said what the hell. (I kept the tomatoes on it.) when I tell you that Aaron made this sandwich so good. It is the best sandwich that I have ever had in my life and I’m not even exaggerating. I literally just got off the phone with him telling him how much I love the sandwich. I’m still eating it and I don’t want it to end! Aaron thank you so much. When you go in there, ask for Aaron to make your sandwiches

Come to Jimmy Johns because it's supposed to be quick. Been here 3 times now and it takes 15 minutes to get your order. The sandwich makers struggle to read the orders and three of the five workers are always behind them just talking doing hardly anything.
