Ordered thru UBer app and they were missing half my items on the menu, but I was STILL charged FULL price, delivery not delivered. Better off ordering from somewhere else on Jefferson than taking a chance with this place.

My wife is undergoing serious medical treatment weekly that leaves her mostly bed ridden 6/7 days of the week. She loves KFC and it was the only thing she wanted to eat before getting her next treatment and falling ill for another week. I bought the most expensive thing on their menu. I received no biscuits when I should have received eight. My fries were old and cold. My chicken was old and soggy. I mistakenly trusted these employees, did not check at the window and got home unable to drive back. I tried to call to find a way to make it known to them and there is no number that works for this store. We were excited for a night of delicious KFC but ended up disappointed and completely dissatisfied. Not to mention my adventurous eater was excited before he got a look into the bucket.

Ignore the operating hours, they open and close whenever they feel like it. I arrived half an hour before their closing time to find they'd closed already, and half an hour after opening to find they weren't open. Their manager was dismissive and confrontational when asked about this.
