Check your order before you go, make sure you have everything. We ordered pick up and when we got to the laundromat with our meal, realized they didn't give us any silverware, napkins or honey/butter for the dry biscuits. Also, good to note... When you order the Meal for Two, they give you single-serving sides. Bit of a swindle there.
Went to this KFC for wings and fries. My first order was a little disappointing. Spoke with ALYIAH, ohhhh please, I hope I spelled it right 🙄🤔☺️. She was magnificent in taking care of this situation. She informed me of the policies and was kind to cook a fresh batch. She was kind and understanding of customers feelings, of what they might feel, if food was not up to par.
