The doughnuts are always wonderful but the customer service is so amazing. The gentleman that helped us first was so patient and helpful and the nice lady that boxes our dozen raspberry doughnuts was an absolute sweetheart. Would give 6/5 stars if possible. They are all so friendly and welcoming

Best doughnuts on Jefferson, stopped in because the hot sign was on! As for customer service, needs improvement! You are better off using the drive thru as they prioritize over walk in's. Cashier wasn't rude, just very slow to grab two dozen original off the rack and ring them up (i was the onlyoneinsidethelobby). Waited about 5 minutes to be acknowledged and another 3 to ring up.
