Placed an order online and prepaid. Went to pick it up 15 minutes later and they couldn't find the order. Stood there 5 minutes or so being ignored. Then had about 8 people asking how I place the order and did I have proof. After 20 minutes, I finally got my order. Got home to find a small guac instead of the large I paid $8 for. Also, I'm not sure how they did it, but they completely missed putting one of the main ingredients in the Pollo Hawaiian. There was nothing Hawaiian about the dish without the pineapple. Sadly it was very bland. I had heard such good reviews, but unfortunately I was not a good first impression for me. As you can see in the picture, the guac container is the same as the free salsa they give you with chips. Not the large I ordered. Yes I ate it, I was starving and it was pouring out. I wasn't going back out due to their mistake, but I will stop pre-tipping when I order food until I know it's correct.

Had some food delivered, the Jamaica water was delicious, carnitas tacos were perfect, came with chips and salsa! But the chicken tamale I got had an entire on the bone piece of chicken inside instead of shredded chicken. Never seen this before. Was very confused when I bit into it and bit a giant bone ? When it comes to their food; tacos, yes, tamales, no.

I love the food here. I have never had a bad order. The food is usually ready for pick on time. Authentic Mexican and Some Central American like Pupusas. Most definitely in my top 10.

The Menudo or Tripe soup is really bad, it has that smell when they don't wash it well, besides the Menudo doesn't come with chickpeas or rice, I change it and order tripa tacos and again the tortilla was cold with the stiff corners, definitely not I recommend this
