We used to love Marcos, always friendly, great pizzas and always great delivery service. However, they are now using door dash drivers. Every single time our order is messed up and pizzas are cold. Tonight, we were missing two items. I called and said they could only give me a credit. I was okay with that until the credit was a flat $10 which was less than what they missing items added up to. They weren't ugly on the phone, but they weren't friendly either.
I hope that they got this order correct. The last 4 times that I placed an order for delivery, they got it all wrong, I mean, the only thing they got right the last 4 orders was that there was steak in the cheese steak hogie.
I love the pizza. We always order a specialty pizza. At first i would always receive my order as requested, however the last few months they have been ignoring the garlic and romasean crust ON ALL MY ORDERS. When we ask them about it, the attitude and the lack of responsibility in wanting to correct the issue is too much.
