Very bad treatment. I ordered shawarma and the employee told me that we do not have bread. I thought he was joking with us. Then he started speaking Turkish and insulting me and my children. I did not know what to do.

Terrible service we genuinely went in there to have a meal as soon as we sat down the guy told us we can’t eat there. I thought it’s bc they don’t let anyone eat in there turns out it’s bc we don’t look to their standards

You wouldn’t be able to tell from the outside, but this place is gorgeous on the inside and the halal food options and meats are always so well-done and tasty. Thank you!

***Was told to leave because I didn’t tip for to go food!!!

Issue: Cashier named “Atakan” would not allow my wife, daughter, and I to eat in the restaurant after we ordered three to go meals. His reason; because I didn’t tip him when I initially ordered three “to go” meals. (Kebabs and Fries)

Discussion:
-My wife and I initially planned to take our food back home to eat, but changed our minds. There were no other patrons and the restaurant appeared to be a relaxed environment.
-After telling Atakan we decided to stay and eat, he stated the restaurant doesn’t allow to go food at the table. So I asked if he could change it to dine in. He said no. Then he finally said it, “AND YOU DIDNT TIP”. I said that’s a shame and a missed opportunity.
-Therefore, I just asked for my money back and of course I already knew the answer would be they don’t offer refunds.
Note: Of course he didn’t know, we would’ve ordered drinks, and I ALWAYS TIP when I dine in. There has never been a time that my wife and I have not.
-On a positive note to the cook, the kebabs were OK but the french fries were extremely bland. Maybe that was a result of me not tipping.

Recommendation: If you agree with Atakan and his disrespectful approach, keep supporting their business. If you don’t, NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!

I will post this review in a similar fashion once per month until I get an apology. Maybe..

Amazing food the kebab and rice was amazing the waitress came every 10 minutes to check up on us very clean the floors and bathroom I very much recommend this spot hope you check it out 5/5 10/10
