Authentic Mexican cuisine!!! Very very very good food. The tacos are delicious, the ceviche was great and all food is cooked to order so be prepared to wait for some good non commercial Mexican cuisine
Pretty rustic. No cheese on the tacos. The carne azada tacos were very old meat and super dry. My friend ordered queso Birria was delicious. So i halved the five star for him and one star for me. I am from San Antonio Tx so I know a little about Mexican food plus I’ve lived in San Diego for 10 years. The atmosphere is rustic. No salt or pepper on the table. Just small cocktail napkins. A single plastic spoon was given over wax paper on a metal tray. No chips with salsa to start...
Went with a friend for lunch today. I had the birria tacos and he had a torta al pastor. The server didn't seem to speak English but we managed. The birria tacos were absolutely amazing and I can't wait to go back. Unfortunately my buddy believes he received carne asada in his torta vs the al pastor he asked for.
