I ordered a vegetarian burger and reiterated vegetarian not vegan when i ordered and i got a vegan burger. If i wanted lettuce instead of a bun i would have ordered it that way. I spent 25 dollars for a burger meal i didn’t want.

We just ate at the Mooyahs in Newport News. Horrible. It was dirty and smelled really bad. We had to move tables 3 times and the table had food stuck to the side. Fries were good burger not so good. Will not go back.

It smelled awful in the establishment and the customer service was awful. Employees acted like i wasn't supposed to be there. They ignored an old lady waiting to order. Awful experience. Terrible smell.

food was okay. The shakes are a joke for being nearly $9. the floors are sticky, in combination with many other things, which makes me believe that they don't clean up nearly as well as they are supposed to. also the employees did not match my expectations, not all that helpful. overall wouldn't go again even if it was free.

We stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. Employees flatly ignored our existence. Might be the worst customer service in Newport News. Avoid at all cost elsewhere deserves your business.

Extremely overrated establishment, food is ok but for the price you're better off going to 5 guys where food is good, the app is also a joke where you gain rewards for free burgers but can't redeem them because the app doesn't allow you to purchase the required fries or drink so you're forced to spend more money and still didn't get redeem free rewards......please save yourself a trip and $$$ by choosing another place to eat, McDonald's is even a better choice than this Dumpster fire excuse of an eating establishment.

They don't have an app scanner so you have to use any coupons with a mobile order only. Coupon only valid if you buy fries, drink or a shake. But the app Says side of fries is unavailable but shareable size works. Says all drinks are unavailable. And only 3 shake flavors come up. And when I brought this to the employees attention, all I got was "i have nothing to do with the app"Burgers are overpriced and small. Most of the sodas in the machine are out of order. The burger I did order was made incorrectly (I asked for no mustard and add mayo and they did not put mayo on it). And when I asked for ketchup I was told to look around and find one on a table. (There was none, so then the staff said "here just take this one.")Never returning. Don't waste your time or money.Parking: 30 minute only parking

I went today for lunch and saw a line so decided to go to the restroom to wash my hands and my daughter's hands before placing our order. The lady taking orders at the counter saw I was heading that way and shouted out that the restrooms were out of order. We turned around and left. What type of restaurant operates when no one can wash their hands. I was totally disgusted and glad I found out before placing my order. If they operate without a functioning bathroom I question their cleanliness with everything else, so I won't be back. We had a nice lunch at Smash Burger.

The food tasted great. But the price of the small burgers was ridiculous. I thought I got a frozen food White Castal burger in lieu of a Mooya burger. Next the sweet tea was almost sour. I now understand the comment abt price we had 2 burgers, sharable fries and 2 drinks and it was $35.70. Needless to say next time we will be going to 5 Guys. Oh and the fries were cold. So much for eating in.

My husband and I went in to purchase 2 shakes on our date night. First thing we noticed is how small the big moo shake was compared to the MOOYAH in Williamsburg and Hampton. We ordered an Oreo and Reese’s shake. Compared to the other Mooyahs these shakes had crumbs inside them hence why we were given regular drinking straws for them. The Reese’s shake had no taste of anything related to peanut butter and chocolate. Worst of all the price is the same as those in Williamsburg and Hampton to only receive a shake with less quality and quantity. If you want Mooyahs I suggest you go to the one in Williamsburg first followed by the one in Hampton. Do not waste your time here.

Best bugers around but they have raised prices so high its not worth it anymore. 2 double bugers, 2 fries and 2 cokes should not be 40 dollars. Maybe in a full service restaurant but definitely not fast food. I'll miss you guys. Staff was awesome.
