There is a rude a$$ lady working the drive thru right now. Just unacceptable behavior for someone in the service industry. If you don't like working there, don't take it out on your customers. I was trying to be as nice as I can be, and just asked a simple question and she was rude as hell.

I was so excited when I heard Panda Express was opening on Jefferson Ave. This new store is exactly what you want from Panda, clean dining room, food freshly prepared and presented in the style of the classic restaurants. But streamlined and modern for today's market. All the traditional flavors are still present so you won't be disappointed. Plenty of free parking. Highly highly highly disappointed. Just received my food from what looks half eaten with not even full portions of what was ordered for mine or my child’s food. This is almost $30? An absolute joke.. this plate was supposed to be two entrees with half greens and half fried rice what do you see? Ridiculous…

Panda opens up at 10am. I was there by 10:45. It was hardly any food. The service was horrible, server attitude is horrible. Each time you ask a question she rolls her eyes. People are not friendly, and the noodles were over cooked.

You know I'm the type of girl that typically orders at a whole I'm the wall Chinese food place. I never would go to a place that prepares that food and allows it to sit out and get cold when I can just go down the street where it will be hot and ready in minutes. However, the honey walnut shrimp keeps me coming back for more. I've had it fresh and I've had it not so fresh and each time I think to myself "hmmm I'm not mad at it" and some how with all the mediocrity comes from this restaurant I can't complain.

I was up charged $1 for both of my entrées and they gave me below normal portion, I had way less than what I would usually get and we had to wait 15 extra mins, I wouldn’t recommend this location for anyone to go get fair service.
Employees are very kind and they make sure that your food is fresh and on-time.
