Upon my arrival, there was nobody to assist me with ordering my food/answering my questions. After waiting 2 to 3 minutes at the register and associate walked up and proceeded to attempt to answer my question Regarding rewards. They were unable to answer the question and the “manager,” was an asked the question at hand. The manager was rude, dismissive, and ultimately said “there’s nothing that I can do“. There was no effort/attempt to resolve my issue or question. They simply try to look up my number, and after all information was provided, there was no resolve. The manager looked at me as if I was a child, and I’m a grown woman. I understand that the campus is right across the street and they may see younger individuals in this diner, however, regardless of age and race all people should be treat With respect. The lady with the shore, black hair and glass was very rude and dismissive. It is unlikely that I will return to this location seeing us, though my service is not appreciated.

Whenever I want something other than what's available at work, I order take out from this Panera location. I typically get the choose two option with the roasted turkey, bacon, and avocado on sourdough with the green goddess salad. They're fantastic. Very fresh and made with care. The first time I ordered, everything was perfect. I was surprised at how great everything was. I came to pick up after the lunch rush, but the restaurant seemed pretty clean still. Some of the items weren't stocked, but they gladly went to the back to get me what I asked for. They were very nice about it as well. The only complaint I have, which is the complaint I have of all restaurants, is how dang expensive things have gotten. The choose two plus a green tea was almost $20! Just for me! Wild. This is a special treat for lunch so I will come every now and again, but whew. I'd rather grab a steak at the roadhouse than lunch for $20 lol. Great food, great atmosphere, great experience...sky high prices. lol. I'll be back tho.

The service here was fantastic! The girl at the counter was so great with my toddler (who has to pay for everything with cash now). Bread was perfect, bathrooms were clean, and the cafe wasn't busy. Great location.

Earlier this week I ordered delivery, and half way through eating my salad a massive roach/centipede big wiggled out of my food. The manager gave me my full refund and was very apologetic, but the GM never bothered to call me to apologize, which tells me quite a lot about the level of care this place has.The previous time I ate here, I was given the wrong dressing, which had an ingredient I am extremely allergic to.My point being, I'm not eating from this location ever again.
Recently purchased a dozen bagels at this establishment. The overall flavor of the batch was bland. Someone has changed the recipe for the quality of them We bought 2 of 6 flavors and each one was terrible. Won't go back here ever.

This Panera location was very quick to get our order and get our food ready. They also gave us a free fruit cup. I ordered a green goddess cobb salad. It was good but there was not enough avocado ranch for it. The baguette was fresh and the fruit didn't taste like it had preservatives. I also got a strawberry smoothie and it tasted pretty good but the cup sizes are small for high prices. The restaurant also has a great modern/mid century modern mix that feels classy. Definitely a good place to go for lunch or breakfast.Dietary restrictions: Their app has a good filter to show you what you can and can't have. But it is missing some smaller groups of people like those allergic to mint broccoli and cauliflower.

We just went to this location for the first time and never again.The bread was stale, the rice in the grain bowl tasted powerdy and not cooked. The grain bowls had bad tomatoes in them and was the most disgusting tasting sour white slop on top.
