This is probably the best Panera experience I've ever had. Portion sizes were good and good came quickly. Someone walked around with samples of dessert (sticky bun) and another person walked around picking up trash off at your table.
The servings are hit or miss anymore. Sometimes they give you what you pay for and sometimes they don't. And what happened to the pumpkin muffin? It's pumpkin season! And they sold well. Are the stock holders really more important than the customers? Who gives you money? Them or us?
