I had the Chopped steak and gravy Which was very good But only lukewarm. I had okra, which was cold and my role didn't even begin to melt the butter as it was also cold. Very friendly staff
I’ve been here twice and the first time I came I was very satisfied, I had the steak and it was delicious , onions were a tad bit raw but overall the steak was good. I just recently visited the establishment and I tried the crab stuffed fish and the crab was imitation crab meat which was NOT delicious , I was overall disappointed this last encounter because I spent $54.00 and my food was not was not what I expected.
From the outside, it looks like an industrial building. The restaurant on the inside is nice. The server was so incredibly kind. The cornbread was too hard, but everything else was nice. Oh, the red velvet cake tasted weird. That's why the 3 stars. It had nuts, the frosting was not cream cheese based, and the cake was bland. If it wasn't red, I'd say it was a vanilla cake.
