“The food and staff are AWESOME!!!!! The atmosphere is generally very chill and friendly. BUT “upper management” is abrasive and rude to her staff in front of customers. “Upper management” is also rude to customers on occasion and borderline discriminatory.“

“I love the food here, so I decided to go for my birthday. The service was horrible. Our waiter brought out cups and silverware but no water. Then he seemed to have a bit of an attitude when we asked another waiter for our water. He had no people skills whatsoever.
After we ordered, we were forgotten about. No one came back to our table until we were done and that was after my husband waved someone down. They should at least ask if we're doing okay.
I've never had an issue with the service in the past, but this was also my first time going in the evening.
Not everyone is meant to work in the service industry and some of the wait staff at choice should seek employment elsewhere. None of them showed any evidence of good customer service.“

“I order food here when my husband works at the hobby shop and we have dinner together. The prices are great. The active duty members can afford to have dinner there and a drink and play a game of pool or watch the game on one of many tv's there. You do have to have a military ID to get on base“

“I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Park Lane. I was there today for a girls brunch - which ended up being a party of 15. 🙃🙃 The staff were fantastic, the cocktails were amazing and the food was great. The service was quick and our waitress was on point the whole time. Thanks Park Lane, we all agreed we would love to return. 🍻🍳❣️“
