I went to celebrate my birthday and wanted some Lobster. What a huge mistake! The waitress had a rude attitude and the Lobster fest meal was Lousy! I regret leaving a $10. Tip!
Never again at the Newport News location! OH and there was a sickening smell coming from the floor/rug near my table.
Really good customer service
We have no complaints, only praise. This last visit was our anniversary and we were not disappointed. Food hot and brought in a timely manner. Manager Jay and server Jordan went above and beyond customer service ensuring our continued patronage. They both were delightful and professional. We look forward to our next visit.
