Our server was great when she could get to us. She had so many tables, you could've sworn only two servers were serving tables in the whole restaurant. We went about 330ish so they weren't slammed. Food was ok this time.

Nice environment
Everything was great. The food tasted delicious, the restaurant was clean, and I want to give extra kudos to our waitress Lexi. She did a great job with a smile on her face despite dealing with a creepy secret shopper next to us.

One of the worst burgers i have had it was over cooked and cold by time it was served i was disappointed it was 1st time that i can remember going was excited as when we travel i hae been looking for one but now don't think i will go back cause was not worth $90
The food was awesome. Our server was the best! The songs on the speakers were all 90s so I was set. Def going again.

This was one of the best dining experiences that I have had in a long time. The customer service was absolutely outstanding from the time we walked in the door until we walked out. The food was so hot and tasty. Our server Chasity was a breath of fresh air. We never had to request anything she just brought it. The way she monitored her station ensuring everyone had what they wanted and needed reminded me how customer service used to be. Shout out to Kelly for the amazing job supervising. Definitely coming back!!!!

My boyfriend and I went in today and both got the black and bleu burger and an appetizer of onion ring tower, our food was delicious but the reason for my review was our amazing server!! I wish I got her name but she was so incredibly kind and amazing at her job, she gave us the best experience❤️

Chasity is our favorite waitress when we come here. She always remembers our order and we’re a family of 5. She’s really personable and that’s what we look for when dining out that makes us want to come back.

BEWARE THE ENTERTAINMENT FEE- CHECK YOUR BILL. If anyone at your table explores the tablet, you will be charged $2.99. It's well documented online. Best practice for me is to ask it to be removed when I sit down.

Red Robin has always been a secret favorite of mine as a lot of people I know have never been there. The food in the restaurant is always amazing but yesterday when I got a salad to go I was confused to find multiple pieces of rotten/wilted lettuce as well as the butt of the lettuce in my to go. I was awoken early in the morning by sharp pains, sweats, and throwing up, I took a picture of some of the lettuce in which was obviously wilted and spoke to a personal family doctor who confirmed slight food poisoning.
I decided to call Red Robin and speak to a manager not necessarily for compensation but to be ensured they knew about the dilemma as I understand it’s not the season to produce lettuce but if you’re going to serve food at least make sure it’s right.
I called and spoke to a guy who was the manager (Not sure if I got their name) and in response he told me that there was no way their lettuce was rotten but that they’d do a check and told me that it takes “48 hours for food bourn illnesses” I’ve had food poisoning before and know what the symptoms are and our family doctor is very professional and knowledgeable in his job. I restated what my doctor told me and his response was the same. That was my first big meal of the day and im 100% certain it was nothing else.
Why would I as a rewards member- go into eat with a close friend, spend $60 and leave a 20% tip to call the next day and falsely complain about rotten food and food poisoning??
Rest assured I nor anyone I’ve recommended this place to will be visiting again, very disappointed in the out come hopefully they’ll take calls and feedback like this more seriously and personal next time.
