Don’t waste your time. It’s disappointing when you take your family to have dinner after a long day at work and you wait over 15 minutes after the server says “I’ll be right back”. Mind you, she came into our area several times and didn’t once say I’m so sorry I’m coming. We just sat there while other tables had drinks appetizers etc. way after we were even seated. it’s bad enough servers are passing by and managers and don’t once acknowledge you either. I will not pay a dime for poor customer service. Pretty sad as we are regular customers. We had a bad experience the visit before but decided to put it behind and try again. Sad to say I wasted my time.

Our server Kelly has done more than what most servers would do, always on top of it while managing a full house! She's very integrative and knows how to make you smile each time. 10/10. (Red Robin in Newport News VA)

Jessie the manager came over to speak to me while waiting for my dine-out meal and offered something to drink. Myanna prepared my to go order and went over order before bagging. Both ladies exceptional customer service. Food was fresh, hot and delicious

Great burgers and service. 1st time going . There are no Red Robin's where I live

Red Robin is my favorite restaurant of all time. We visit this Red Robin frequently!! The staff is extremely friendly and are always going above and beyond to help us. I love this establishment and think this is one of my favorite Red Robin locations. It is fantastic!

Big fan of Red Robin always have been and this location didn’t disappoint! I ordered the whiskey wrap with sweet potato fries and a side of caramel. They were so nice to accommodate my request no matter how odd. With the “go to” freckled lemonade. Our waitress was so attentive and never let us have an empty glass. Thank you so much for the service and delicious food. Definitely a go to spot for whenever

Red Robin’s is a top favorite burger restaurant of my family. You leave with more than enough food. We love the bottomless sides and burgers. There are also many burgers to choose from. It’s kid friendly and there are plenty of choices even for picky eaters.

Our server was ok. The food could’ve been better. I had the wings with their new hot honey flavor. I’m not sure how much sauce supposed to be on the wings but there was barely any sauce on them. I guess the burgers are really the only good thing on the menu.
