Just stopped in for a salad for a late lunch. It was nice because it wasn't crowded. The music was a little too loud. Our waitress was fantastic and the highlight of our visit.

I bought a $50 gift card and was supposed to get two $10 bonus cards. I only received one. I called Red Robin and they had me call Cashstar who does their gift cards. They even told me they have had issues with customers not getting their second bonus card. Cashstar opened a case....3 days later, they emailed me stating they had closed the case and if I wanted help to call Red Robin. I called Red Robin again and they said they can't do anything as I need to call Cashstar. They were playing Ping Pong with me. I'm out of options....and $10. Beware....it must be some kind of scam to not payout the other $10. I bet I spend $500 a year at Red Robin. Not any more unless they fix this.
Here is part of one of the emails I received:
We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your gift card and or Bonus Bucks gift card. CashStar, Red Robin's gift card company, is currently backed up due to the heavy purchase volume and is currently reporting a delay.
Unfortunately, Red Robin Guest Relations will not be able to assist with gift cards that haven't been received as we do not have access to CashStar's database.

Excellent burgers as always. But the poor waitress was having a hard time keeping up and the area in the bar where we were situated had a lot of tables that needed to be cleaned.

My wife and I were walking in the Mall & we saw that there was a Red Robin just outside the door. We have eaten in a number of other Red Robins and were excited to try this one. Bad mistake. We had a long wait after being seated and a longer wait for our waitress to take our order, since we had the wait we were ready to order the drinks as well as the food at the same time. The wait for the food was longer yet and when it arrived, I requested no lettuce on my burger, it had lettuce. We asked the person that delivered the food for eating utensils as well as napkins, she never returned. We had to flag down a completely different waiter for above requested items, that did arrive ok. As we started to eat our food I looked at my wife and asked how her's was and she said the fries were cold and the burger was warm at best, same as my order. Didn't dare to ask for our food to be hot due to the fact it would have taken that much more time. I then asked our waiter for some more additional (bottomless )steak fries and was told, " sure, I'll be right back with them". Never returned after 10 minutes so I just paid the check via the electronic payer on the table and did not leave a tip. If this was our first time eating at a Red Robin I would never return. I understand it was at 5:30 on a Saturday night & busy, but a chain such as Red Robin would know to take that into consideration as far as staff and food prep and service.
Thank you.

Probably won't go here anymore. They screwed up my rewards and signed up again and that doesn't work on app, think they don't want too give you bday burger and free appetizer. Burgers are small compared to chilis and applebees!!!

Have only gone twice in the past year (6 month gap) and both times have left quite dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The first visit was bad enough that the manager removed a number of items from the order.
Figured we had given them time to work things out and wanted to get a burger closer to home. That has not been the case. Both visits had issues with doneness on the food (to include the cook on an egg). Unfortunately I will be looking elsewhere for my burgers in the future.
The service staff was great, but the 4/5 was when some other server brought food to our table that we didn't order, nor want taking up the limited table space; but left it anyway because "it had reached the table already." Our actual servers were great.

Over the holiday I stopped in and sat at the bar for dinner and ordered a specialty burger and an order of onion rings. The burger was perfect but there were 5 onion rings on my plate. Technically there was 6 but 4 of these were smaller than medium size and the 6th was almost a whisper of an onion ring.
Anyway, I asked why I barely received any onion rings and specifically said I had 6 and the waiter said 5 was the usual number for onion rings so I was lucky to have gotten 6. I asked if he was joking because they were all so small except for 1 large one. He said if I joined on the app I could get a free appetizer if I ordered another burger and downloaded the app.
If we are already paying almost $20 for a burger and a meal how is 5 onion rings supposed to be the standard? I was disappointed in the portion size and felt it could've been handled better.

Recent changes cannot inspire my return.
It used to be that RR had two levels of side... those you got once with the meal, and those you got unlimited refills on.
Nowadays some newer ones and select classics are 'pay no matter what'. Atop that you won't necessarily get much of a side, and it's simply not worth the money. Unsatisfied? We are so sorry -- heres your excessive bill. You are an unwelcome dissident, pay up and eff off.
I was quite upset after my last visit, and don't believe I can return to this location (so emphasis on the word 'last' I suppose). I get that businesses aim to be greedy and profitable, but being inconsiderate and or rude about it while putting down those new offenses does not engender customer satisfaction.
RR used to be my bar-none favorite burger-joint. I deeply despise the way Wendy's has been treating customers of late, and yet I'm somehow more inclined to go over there than RR now. Sometimes rude, but at least it's cheaper.
Good bye RR -- it was *real* -- well, at least until it wasn't.

First time visit, menu was a bit pricey, so we went with the 10$ special for gourmet burger. W/ steak fries ( you have several options for sides)
The burgers were really tasty and unique. Worth the 10$
Most items on the menu were over $15.

I would give 0 for our recent experience if I could. Typically we have a great experience here, but this time was not the case. Not only was the food messed up (I’m pregnant and promptly excused myself to go throw up in the parking lot.) When my husband brought to the waitresses attention that there was an issue they offered to make another one and throw it in the box. He declined and paid for the garbage food anyways. So we’re out about $16 for inedible food. We dined in once a month prior, never, and I seriously mean never, again.
Great food and service.

Ordered two milkshakes online. They took over 20 minutes to get and they both came out nearly half empty like the picture. Ridiculous!
