Hands down the very best Chinese food in its class. To be frank you will not find this type outside of a downtown, any city USA. That being said, I know people that when they come back to VA (home) from overseas to visit here for a great meal. The egg foo yung is amazing and the cup chicken(you have to say it just like that) is fantastic alone or as an addition to any entré. 7 cities residents know they have the best black rice. A true mom and pop spot. Always gets my vote.
