PLEASE GET NEW EMPLOYEES. I had the WORST experience I’ve ever had with any fast food place today at this location. I’ve driven across the country several times and with 3 kids, we’ve been to MANY fast food places. I’ve never experienced people just not even acknowledging I’m there, let alone the fact that they completely messed up my order. I told them and they just looked at me and walked away. She did tell the other woman the order was wrong, but not a word to me....read full review
I'm from Newport News, so I'm quite familiar with Church's Chicken. Anyone who knows me know when I'm on my way back to Maryland I'm stopping to get my chicken and okra. We'll last night I did just that. Julia H

Don’t seem to care about the health of their customers. When the person preparing drinks was asked to wear a mask properly they declined. The manager just ignored me.
If they are willing to blatantly disregard basic health protocols publicly, it makes me wonder what happens in the kitchen when we can’t see them. 🤔
