Took my wife there for her birthday and had an Absolutely Great time!!! The Atmosphere was Amazing but what made it Amazing was our waiter Vaughn Peterson was Hands down the Best Server We had anywhere we have been!!!! Just him alone makes us wanna go back and have him every time. The manager I think Scott was Great too making sure the food and everything was good. If you go Ask to be seated in Vaughn section you definitely won't be Disappointed

Visiting from Maryland, this was my first time dining at 2nd St. American Bistro in Newport News—and it absolutely won me over. The atmosphere had a warm, inviting ambiance that made for a truly relaxing experience.
