It was our first visit and it didn't live up to the hype. The ordering process was easy enough at the kiosk but it didn't really offer many selections for personally modifying your selections. The food was delivered to our table was they neglected to include napkins (or a spoon for my milkshake). The onion rings were noticably crispy and crunchy. The cheese sauce was a nice plus with both the burger and the onion rings. No drink refills is definitely a negative feature...

I came it at 2:15pm on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025. The staff were very friendly and engaging. The food was cooked really well; good flavor and caramelization on the smash burger. The crinkle fries were perfectly crispy and salted. The restaurant was clean and bright. Great experience.
