Honestly, I was pretty disappointed after stopping here for lunch. Ordered cheese fries , which i got... but.. what a let down. Undercooked fries , no seasoning, and watery liquid cheese. What a joke. The steak and cheese wasn't a whole lot better. The roll was fairly soggy and I had Ordered with extra cheese. The only cheese I got was what ran out onto the paper it was rolled up in. After reading the reviews I was super hopeful of FINALLY finding a decent cheese steak....
This restaurant offers a comfortable environment and quality customer service. The dining area was clean, organized, and maintained to a high standard. Employees were courteous and attentive, helping create a positive atmosphere. Overall, the experience was enjoyable and exceeded expectations. I would happily visit again in the future.
My husband loves having lunch here while he's in the area. He loves the beef Bulgogi. I work in Gloucester, where we live, so I don't go here, but the reason I'm writing this review is about the service. My husband locked himself out of our townhouse nearby and he waited here while I came to pick him up. The manager, who recognized him, let him in early, as it was really cold and windy. This was so kind, because even though he was bundled up, he gets cold easily....
