This is the best Subway shop in Newport News I have been coming to this one for several years the restaurant is always immaculately clean,friendly courteous staff,and great prices!!! M.helped me today and he was very helpful and made a very delicious sandwich!!! He had a very pleasant personality a wonderful asset to the company....hats off to M.and Subway for outstanding service to the community 💗
Shawn one of the employees there was an excellent worker he engaged in coversation with me that made my day and he my sandwich just how I like it with perfect proportions he needs a raise.
Nice place great customer service! I notice I came in a little late closing time few minutes later i notice they were going to close so a guy walked in and was told they are about to close. They were very polite and yet the guy was rude to them and walked away. Some people need to be mindful that just because they close at 9 the employees need to clean up and be ready to leave at 9. This place is always clean and friendly smiles. Very welcoming.
