I have no issues with this establishment. I've never been inside or dealt directly with any of the staff, but I will say they're courteous over the phone when taking orders and the food is always good. I've never bot received fresh, hot food. I always get the Shumai and Ume Onigiri.
Their chicken broth based ramens are delicious. This is gonna sound weird but their rice is so good. Best ramen in Hampton, VA.
We've since moved away, but we found ourselves back in the area, and honestly, no ramen shop near us now even comes close to Tanpopo Ramen.
