This place is open to the public. I came here for breakfast many times. The breakfast is good. The staff is excellent. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll visit again.

Overall this hotel was really nice, clean and wonderful staff. I would recommend this hotel. The only problem was, the toilet was loud when flushing. It was a 20-30 minute drive to Virginia Beach. Which was fine. I stay at this hotel again. It may not be ocean front, but it's clean, comfortable and affordable.

Comfortable Hotel, pet friendly, family friendly, good base to visit both VA Beach & Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Has ample parking with a very nice patio for relaxation. Ice machine on the 3rd floor needs to be fixed. Hotel only does housekeeping on request, which is not a big problem, but they should still provide new coffee packets, cups, toilet paper, tissue etc. Staff are friendly & helpful. I did not eat breakfast in the restaurant, or use the pool/ gym.

Nice hotel, easy to work with the staff. Clean and very well equipped. Booked through Travelocity and could not apply earned discounts for retire military, AAA, AARP (did not try that one but the others did not work) or the CNU discount. Although it was easy to book and it was easy to check in and check out the discounts would have been better. Room was clean, common areas were very well kept. Parking was great. Breakfast included - cook to order was very well done.

We were in town for a family wedding and the Hilton Garden Inn was conveniently located near the venue for our rather large family that traveled to the wedding. We enjoyed our stay and Jeff, our breakfast server was terrific! He handled our breakfast orders with ease and good humor! Because the wedding was in the evening, we lingered over breakfast and required more seating and service than normal. We so appreciated his attentive service and he even remembered details the following morning by anticipating our needs. Thank you Jeff for making our morning breakfasts so much fun!
We stayed here for a tournament and it was perfect. The room was spacious, and most importantly, very clean. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. I asked for fresh towels and they were in front of our door within minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

When visiting Yorktown. VA or Newport News, VA we won't stay anywhere else. This property is always clean, quiet, and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The servers during breakfast this past Sat and Sun were outstanding. Thanks

Wife and I stayed there 1 night while visiting friends in the area. We usually stay at the nearby Hampton inn, but decided to give this a try. Carpet through out was old, worn and stained . When we got to our room it had a strong smoking odor. I call the front desk and was informed the entire hotel was non-smoking. I said well the room stunk. The front desk person came up an sprayed some spray, now it smelled like a smoker with too much cologne on. The breakfast is a joke. I went down at 10 minutes to 7, and ask a older male( kitchen supervisor ?) did someone come and take our order or what. His reply was " well at 7:00 we will. Should have gone to The Warwick Restaurant instead. Will never stay there again.

Hailey, the night-time front desk clerk went above and beyond to make our 5 night and then another 2 night stay more comfortable. She was very professional and a friendly face welcoming us back every evening. The room was very quiet which I requested. We were disappointed with some housekeeping issues, for instance, the "see thru toilet paper", it literally had holes that you could see through. (We had to buy our own). Also frayed and worn out towels. There was also a problem with the toilet.
