This restaurant offers a pleasant environment and quality customer service. The facility appeared well maintained and clean throughout. Employees were courteous and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily visit again in the future.
Pam, CJ, Kevin and all the other grille employee's are amazing. The bartenders are very friendly and attentive and CJ knows his way around the kitchen. Man makes the best wings I've ever had in my 38 years. His steaks are cooked to perfection and I haven't had the opportunity to try a burger yet but that's next on my list. Overall I would definitely recommend the Garden Grille to any and all in the Yorktown/Newport News area!
Overall this hotel was really nice, clean and wonderful staff. I would recommend this hotel. The only problem was, the toilet was loud when flushing. It was a 20-30 minute drive to Virginia Beach. Which was fine. I stay at this hotel again. It may not be ocean front, but it's clean, comfortable and affordable.
