Overall this hotel was really nice, clean and wonderful staff. I would recommend this hotel. The only problem was, the toilet was loud when flushing. It was a 20-30 minute drive to Virginia Beach. Which was fine. I stay at this hotel again. It may not be ocean front, but it's clean, comfortable and affordable.
Comfortable Hotel, pet friendly, family friendly, good base to visit both VA Beach & Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Has ample parking with a very nice patio for relaxation. Ice machine on the 3rd floor needs to be fixed. Hotel only does housekeeping on request, which is not a big problem, but they should still provide new coffee packets, cups, toilet paper, tissue etc. Staff are friendly & helpful. I did not eat breakfast in the restaurant, or use the pool/ gym.
Nice hotel, easy to work with the staff. Clean and very well equipped. Booked through Travelocity and could not apply earned discounts for retire military, AAA, AARP (did not try that one but the others did not work) or the CNU discount. Although it was easy to book and it was easy to check in and check out the discounts would have been better. Room was clean, common areas were very well kept. Parking was great. Breakfast included - cook to order was very well done.
