Volcano Hibachi Express & Sushi

Freezing cold there in the winter; I guess they wanted to save on heat. Food was edible but not enjoyable. They didn't even serve on plates or in bowls, everything was served in to-go containers and they only had bottled drinks. We have lived in Japan before and have had Asian food in the US many times before and this is the worst place we've ever been food wise. Nice staff.

The place is take out only, and the area where you would sit is used for storage. I was attacked by gnats while waiting for my food. The food was ok. Probably won't go back.

Take out only! This place makes the most delicious hibachi chicken and veggies. Extra yumyum sauce ! I've also had the teriyaki chicken and the shumai...delicious. Fast food prep too!

For what they charge I got literally 3 shrimp and maybe 4 bites of steak totally NOT worth it they could and SHOULD do better otherwise don't have a business

I have been wanting to try this place for a few months, and we finally did. Very good food! The inside of the restaurant is closed, so they put up this odd window to order through at the front door. They could easily just let people still walk in to order, and just put the chairs away so people don’t sit 🤷🏾‍♀️
But the food was really good. I got a shrimp tempura roll & volcano roll. Both were very good! And my husband got the steak and shrimp hibachi. His food was also very good, and he had leftovers. I just wish sushi places gave 8 pieces in their rolls. When it’s 6 pieces I feel like that’s small. But either way, all of the food was great!

Food was great. I had the sashimi salad. The fruit pieces were bright and fresh. I was a tad underwhelmed by the spicy tuna handroll. I happen to like a larger chunk spicy tuna and less crunchy stuff. Atmosphere was fine. Service was fantastic. I was hoping to find chirashi on the menu.

It does not smell like a place that I want to eat sushi in. I think it was just mopped dirty water or an old mop but yeah, I won't be going back here for sushi since it was just ok at best.

DO NOT EAT THERE. I used to eat this place none stop. Until today I ordered food. I ordered $70 worth of food to be exact and I had hair animal hair all through out my food!! EVERYWHERE!! I didn’t even call for a refund because I’m wayyyyy too angry to think straight but please for your safety DO NOT EAT THERE!!!!
