Ordered 3 burgers online ($36 btw and they don’t have combos..) and only received 2. I called them to which I was told to come back with the receipt and get what I didn’t receive. I had no reason to waste MY time and gas coming back to “scam” anyone over one burger. When I got there one female employee was extremely defensive and asked to see the bag, which was obviously torn up at home to confirm I was really missing an order. It felt like I was being doubted for no reason on something that’s their fault. Eventually, one of the male employees did make my order. The two males working were respectful and professional. Made up for the uncomfortable experience with the female employee.

Great food made on a grill in front of you, the staff was very kind and I was even informed that everything (including the bacon) on the menu is halal.

I would highly recommend! My husband and I ate here for the first time this evening and loved our meal! We ordered the Bourbon Bacon Burger and Chicken Bacon Ranch (lettuce) bowl. We waited about 10 minutes for a super fresh and satiating meal! We loved both entrees - the burger was hot and juicy and the bowl was light and fresh with tender, perfectly cooked chicken. I personally liked how well balanced the bowl was. We also split the Brownie milkshake which was just another reason we will be back! The milkshake was topped with large brownie chunks but there were also plenty of brownie bits mixed into the shake. All of the staff were respectful, courteous, and friendly! I would give 11/10 stars if I could - check this new burger spot out if you get the chance!!

Good food, fast service, and friendly staff. Very nostalgic and reminds me of the ones growing up in Delaware. Definitely worth stopping by if you want an old school burger.

I got the chili cheese dog with fries and a drink and it came out to about $14. The service was great, the guy at the grill had me cracking up. The food was okay. Fries were decent, nothing special. The hotdog was good, but whatever chili they used wasn't great imo. Will definitely come back to try a burger.

This was my 1st time trying Wayback Burger. The burger and fries were delicious! The burger is made to order and had flavor! The staff were helpful and friendly I would definitely eat there again!

Bourbon bacon burger is on point. Chili cheese tots 8.5/10

17 minute wait after placing an order for a single $10 classic burger at the counter, 12:45 on a Monday afternoon , not crowded. Burger was fresh and a notch up from other fast food, but nothing unique.

I can't see how this place is going to make it if they don't speed up the service or lower the cost. You can basically get the same speed of service at Red Robin just down the hall, for about the same price.

Realizing this establishment just opened, so I'll give it another try after a few weeks when they've worked the kinks out. Will update review at that point if it improves.

Wow am I so excited for this new burger spot! It’s super fast, affordable, and convenient. And, as an added bonus, you can watch them prep your food! Def don’t sleep on wayback
