I doordash this more than anything. The one time I went in though, I don’t think the guy at the front spoke any or barely any english, or maybe just couldn’t hear me? I have no idea. I haven’t had a problem food wise, the wings were warm, fries were a little cool but it could be the person delivering rather than the restaurant themself. I prefer doordashing this place over going in. So i’m basing this review off of doordashing considering I only went once about a year...

Amazing customer service, they were so friendly and the place was so clean! We ordered take out at 11:30pm and they had 15 other take out orders but were still nice and again the place was very clean. They did forget our fries but definitely go again

First time trying. Loved it. The person at order desk was friendly and helpful. Food was messy and tasty. That's a good thing. (Barbecue chicken wings with lots of sauce.) I like my fries crispy, and theirs were not that, but they had a good flavor. Not much in the way of atmosphere, but that didn't matter one whit.
