This place is leading in Korean fried chicken in the area. Better than “Korean choice” and “Bob-Bobs0 and let’s not mention “Domoishi”. If you’re concerned about location that’s a bummer because this truly the best place in Newport News. I’d hate if they went out of business. It’s so beautiful on the inside. You get your money’s worth and the wing sizes are bigger than other places.

Whatever I order, it never disappoints! Tonight was Philly cheesesteak and original buffalo wings. My daughter was upset when she heard I went without her she loves their Ramen they make and mandu and the regular bulgolgi! Everything is always freshly made and right on time!

The place was amazing. I got the Korean chicken with some rice the police looked clean. The song was cool. There was even a claw machine but I lost it only cost two dollars and I saved some food for the trip. I would recommend coming back here.

I went into Yellow Submarine on a rainy Wednesday. The space is super clean and no frills casual dining. For $12 I got a fried chicken sandwich and fries and drink. It was super juicy and flavorful. For the price and speed it was superior to many other restaurants in the area.
The menu is a selection of Korean stir fries, cheese steaks, fried chicken and Korean dumplings, plus an excellent selection of high quality ramen and Boba tea.
All in all, I can't recommend Yellow Submarine enough.
