First time here, had a great experience. We were promptly seated, server was nice. Lots of variety for food. It's actually overwhelming at first. This experience is so much better than going to an all you can eat buffet. There seems to be a lot of Asian resturants picking up on the idea of selecting your ingredients and putting them together in a dish. Poke bowel and Ramen themed resturants for example.
