Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

First time ordering from Zaxbys. Total disappointment. The strips were cold, hard and rubbery with little taste. The cole slaw was warm.The fries were a mix of undercooked and overcooked (almost burnt) potatoes and colder than the slaw. The traditional wings were not much better. Threw the whole mess away. Total waste of $40. Will definitely not be ordering from here again. Will make sure friends and family are aware. Not a good time to waste that kind of money.

This fried chicken chain used to have a larger presence in our area, but several stores have closed down. For this particular location, the clealiness of the store has declined, the crew seems less than motivated and there seems to be no managerial oversght. The menu is strong, their fried chicken recipe tastes better than KFC or Popeyes. I usually get the grilled chicken salad, which is always good, with a good variety of dressings. I was disappointed that the size of the salad has decreased while the price has increased. The chain has a good product but they do not seem committed to growing their business. A shame, such lost potential.

Messed my order up three times and when I finally thought they got it right it was still wrong. About 10 people using one brain cell in the back. Completely and utterly disappointed in my experience.

I walked into Zaxbizzles, feelin’ hungry just a little,

If you’re unhappy with your place of employment you could always find another job… then again that’s probably why you’re there. Terrible attitude but what could you expect, will not return.

This is what was left for a “go big” after the manager told the workers to take my fries out cause they forgot my coleslaw and gave me double fries. Who knows what other customer got the fries they took out of my container after I brought it back in realizing they forgot my coleslaw. No other fast food establishment has ever done this after bringing an order back they they messed up on smh

Without fail, every time I place an online order, they never give me my sauces. No matter what I order. Whether it be tenders or sandwiches. Idk what the employee’s problem is, but I feel like not adding sauce on EVERY online order is on purpose at this point. Even if the sandwich has sauce on it, they don’t add it on. Very disappointed in this Zaxbys.

Visiting from out of town , my family and I stopped at this Zaxbys. We had a fairly large order ( 2 signature chicken sandwich combos, 2 snack packs , boneless wing meal, with two kids meals.

You could tell from the beginning that the young lady taking the order had an attitude. ( red dyed hair up in bun) I paid for the order and had a small wait. The same young lady who took my order came out with 1 bag and two kids meals. The bag contained 2 chicken sandwiches with absolutely nothing on them and poorly packaged as if someone dropped them , stepped on the put them back in the bag, no fries, no snack packs, no kids drinks, That was it. I quickly realized the error and went in. The same young lady , in an annoyed tone asked me what I was missing as if I was the one who completely forgot an entire two bags of food. She snapped and got the manager, who Thank Goodness for her customer service ( dreaded red twists) quickly realized that the order was completely wrong and all of those involved from the preparer to the deliver did not care how poorly the food was provided and lack thereof, she had the order redone. However the food was still lukewarm as if it had just been sitting.I usually do not post such lengthy review, but as a business owner the young adults at this establishment showed lack of care, organization, customer service skills, and all of the above. None of them should have jobs, with the exception of the night manager.

There is no way I would employ people who would tear my business down. It’s simple, if you don’t want to work in fast food then quit. As I am writing this, 2 of my family members have contracted illnesses after eating at this establishment. A warning to all, DON’T GO HERE!! Especially at night, until they clean house

I've had to return my order 2 times in 2 days because there is a disconnect with the staff. The service was okay until I had to complain and the staff seemed to have little to no care. They were actually RUDE speaking in a tone that was disrespectful because they messed up my order. They never offered anything for inconveniencing me having to come back TWICE. The food I ordered I like but they gave me the wrong meal TWICE. 0 stars! I never plan to return even I obviously love the BLT tacos I’m ordering that I can’t ever get.

One male counter worker was very good. The other female was disinterested. The restaurant looked nice but the food wasn't that good. Disappointed.
