“I love this place! 💖 I went with my sister, who is visiting me from overseas, and my daughters, and we all had the best time. The sweets at Halwa Bakery & Cafe are absolutely amazing fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. The atmosphere is so cozy and comfortable, it felt like the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our afternoon. And I have to say, the owner Carmen is such a sweet and kind person ❤️ She made us feel so welcome, just like family. If you’re in Blacksburg, you must visit this gem! ✨“

“Although it's more of a deli than a bakery now, I'd actually prefer to call it a country store. But it was the PERFECT stop on our way home from Mountain Lake Lodge for breakfast sandwiches, snacks, and one of the most delicious cookies I've ever eaten.“
