Terrible customer service, extremely RUDE pompous management!!!! Would recommend you steer clear of this establishment!
Long story short on 10/12/23 after only being at the restaurant for maybe 30mins, the manager Ian (I believe that was his name) came to my table and said “is there anything you can do to quiet the baby”. The baby being my non verbal 3 year old. This immediately broke my heart. He wasn’t crying, he wasn’t whining, he wasn’t up running around the restaurant out of control.
