I usually eat at 7 Spices Caribbean Soul just about every 2 weeks. The food is always delicious. I usually get the curry chicken, cabbage, and candy yams with rice and peas. My husband usually gets the the stew chicken or jerk chicken and we are both always happy. If you are in the 757 area I definitely recommend if you are looking for Caribbean food.

They had two young people working. WHEN I ORDER THE PORKCHOP SANDWICH IT NORMALLY COMES WITH FRENCH FRIES. I GOT HOME AND IT WAS JUST A PORKCHOP BETWEEN TWO PEACES OF HARD BREAD.

My usual is the oxtails, rice and peas, mac and cheese, and greens. It hits every time. Oxtails are a great size and very tender. The atmosphere is very warm and family oriented.

Absolutely delicious!! I ordered their house lemonade, beef patty, fried fish, yams, plantain, and Mac & cheese. One of the best fried fish I’ve had. Seasoned very well and crispy. I was disappointed on their yams and Mac & cheese. Overall, amazing customer service and cool vibe. Definitely recommend this spot. It is truly a hidden gem that you will love! Looking forward to trying the rest if their menu.

Great hidden gem. Food was excellent and the staff gave world class service. Food tastes Caribbean Southern and the fountain drink taste like I was up North. Very polite staff, worth the try.

This is my favorite restaurant & my favorite meal from 7 spices. I needed help with my order on door dash the owner didn’t waste anytime on assisting me to help me even tho I already place my order :) Customer service is always amazing. Please keep up the great work & amazing food I will be back!!
Do you want the most amazing and authentic Jamaican/Caribbean food in the 7 cities? Look no further. Friendly staff and mind-blowing tastes come together for the culinary delight that is 7 Spices. I don't live in Norfolk, but if I'm wanting Caribbean food, I'm making the hour drive, even though I'm passing by name other places where the same food is served; no comparison. I don't think this is a place suited for or really intended to be a sit down and eat here establishment, but there are tables and you can and it's still perfectly fine.

I stopped by to pick up dinner for my husband and I after work. We just moved to the area and are trying to find our staple resturants of which 7 Spices has made the list. Everything was flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The jerk chicken was tender and moist. The cabbage and green's taste like my mom's and grandma's 🥰 these are my favorites. The rice with peas was the best that I have ever had. We cleaned our plates!

This place is always on some BS, I'm here at 4:00 p.m. on a Sunday and even though their sign at the location says they close at 6:00 and online it says they close at 6:00 they're closed. The food is not good enough for them to have the type of attitudes that they have.
