First time here with my son never had one of their pretzels. My son already apart of rewards program sign stated can get ANY SIZE drink for a dollar well that's a Lie girl charged us 4.59 even using the app claiming you pay first . WHAT ??? WE didn't argue he just asked her one more time she said same thing so he said ok I won't come back again EVER I won't either !!! As a matter of fact it was after we were handed out pretzels and drinks they cut the lights on and yes it was after 12:00 . 2 Pretzels 2 med drinks 18.53

Went to the outlet just to get a pretzel. Online It says they close at 8 but at 7:09 they were slamming the door in my family’s face. Change your time online or stay open until you’re suppose to. It is horrible customer service to snatch the door closed talking about you’re closed when you are suppose to be open!

*****ATTENTION GENERAL MANAGER*****PLEASE Get better staff ASAP!!!! There should be no reason people come to the outlet to have an enjoyable day, stop to eat , only to have to deal with your very rude, unprofessional staff. I believe the youth should definitely have gainful employment, however they should also be trained in customer service. The cashier the worked that on 12/2/23, was extremely unprofessional and will make you loose customers. This location give the brand a bad name!

Stopped in other day to get a pretzel. Staff were talking about other employees and had to wait til they were done to place my order. 2 times requested no ice in soda but got ice. Prices for a pretzel now a days is outrageous.

Took 40mins to get 2 cups of pretzel dogs. Employees had no food prepared. When they started to prep, they only made regular pretzels while we waited. Their lobby was also very dirty with cinnamon and dirty napkins all over the floor. Needs better management to whip employees into shape.

Very disappointed customer service was horrible. Walked up to the place order 2 young ladies were talking to each other didn't ask may I help you backs turned away from the register. After placing order didn't give total of purchase. Asked for order with no salt young lady took items from out of case told her no we wanted fresh items she then look and rolled her eyes as if she became angry. I've been working with customers service for 28 years and this was the worst I've ever seen. My husband and I will never return to this store especially after being treated like that. Management you definitely need have better employees.
