I lived in Fredericksburg, and was excited to find out that there’s a Benny’s in Norfolk! I’ve been to this location twice and love it.

I was looking for a pizza joint to feed a crew of guys working an emergency job and found this place on Google. The reviews looked good but I called the number several times and no one answered. GPS said it was only five minutes away so I just drove there. It was a little hard to find parking because I drive a large truck but I found a spot about a block and half away. I walked in and was greeted by the staff. I attempted to order a whole pizza and it felt like they thought it was weird that I was ordering a whole pizza, then when I informed them I actually wanted three, they seemed a little taken a back, seemed a little concerned that they were going to have enough toppings. Which I thought was strange but it was 11pm on a Saturday. They told me 25 minutes so I headed back to my truck and after the time had passed I headed back in. This is when everything started to make sense!!!!! These pizzas are huge, almost to big to transport!!! I paid and began the walk to my truck still parked almost two blocks away carrying 3 gigantic pizzas. Im not going to lie but I was struggling a little with the sheer, weight and size of these behemoths. But thanks to onlookers cheering me on I was able to make the trek!!! Then I had to negotiate them one at a time into the backseat of my full-size crew cab truck. Luckily at the job site we had a large flat trailer to place this pizza feast on! I ordered a pepperoni, pepperoni/sausage and buffalo chicken. All the pizzas were cooked perfectly and tasting fantastic! The pizza and slices are huge!!! My guys did there best but could not finish 3 of them. See pictures for size comparison!!! Hope you enjoy your experience as much as I did!!!

The pizza at Benny's takes me bake to an easier time in New York City, the pizza is absolutely the best I've tasted in 16 years living in Virginia, was so good I take my crew to enjoy great pizza at least 3 times a week.

We were visiting the Wisconsin and wanted a quick bite before we drove back. Benny's nailed it! Very large slice. Crust, sauce and cheese all on point. Pop in and grab a slice, you won't be disappointed!
Staff was rude and disrespectful. They'll tell you they have one slice left, but refuse to tell you what kind of slice it is. Then when they finally show you it's a plain slice they will insult you to your face. Then you will leave with the slice, but feel so disrespected that you have no choice but to curbstomp the pizza and throw it in the trash.

Every Time I’m in Downtown Norfolk working you can find me here at lunch time!! Absolutely love the pizza!! Not too greasy and not too saucy! Not sure about parking. I usually walk there. They have indoor and outdoor eating spaces.
