I stopped by Blyss and had the cookies and cream iced coffee milkshake, and it did not disappoint! Solid 10/10!! It was the perfect balance of coffee and sweetness, super smooth, and honestly one of the best specialty coffee drinks I’ve had in a while. I’ll definitely be coming back !!

BLYSS is hands down one of the best dessert spots in Norfolk! The ice cream is incredibly creamy, the desserts are fresh, and you can tell everything is made with care. The atmosphere is clean, stylish, and welcoming, and the customer service is always friendly and personable. It's definitely a unique and well thought out, homegrown ambience. BLYSS Ice Cream & Desserts is a beautiful spot in Downtown Norfolk. The decor is absolutely beautiful. The staff is super friendly, pleasant, and provides great customer service. There is a great variety of delicious flavors, including the strawberry cheesecake sundae. The prices are reasonable. It is a highly recommended favorite for ice cream and dessert.
