Benny has the best pizza in town and some of the best staff. There’s an amazing redhead who made my pizza slice today . Super sweet super smile amazing Service. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

I read the reviews after a recommendation to try out their pizza. The first week and a half ago on a weekend was my first time. It was the best. Then I tried again on a Tuesday night and the pizza was dry and salty. I was disappointed. It barely had any sauce. Now I have mixed feelings. It was like I was eating cheese crackers. SMH. Im afraid to try again. I want the flavor of my first experience. Because the sauce is the key. I was also disappointed that in some reviews they had buffalo chicken flavor but they didnt have it when I came. Something to go back to for people who are trying to get away from pork.

I wasn’t expecting much and figured I would be disappointed in another pizza shop again…But I was not disappointed again?…I wanted a special request for a special occasion and the sweet girl who is working her butt off making pizza’s and having to answer the phone came through ?❤️ Pizza was perfect! It is a fast-paced, excellent pizza place it is fast-paced so I don't expect a lot of “service.” order is in and out in minutes, the slices are so delicious, and the big $5 is a complete meal or two ?

The pizza is very good most of the time. Having lived in Chicago and NYC that means something. The pizzas are much larger then you might expect. 2 slices more then fill me up.During on peek hours the pizza quality and service does tend to go down due to an apparent lack of customer service and leadership skills behind the counter.I think that some innovation in the area of organization needs to happen. Employees seem to have trouble keeping track of orders.That being said the pizza is still "bomb A.F."Update-If you need to call in an order because it is large... Don't. I called at 1030 to let them know I needed to order 3 full pizzas. They told me to call back at 11. I called at 11am sharp... They told me that it would be over an hour because they already had orders in front of me. Apparently you can order online when the shop isn't taking orders and get placed at the front of the line. I would also like to mention that I had to call them repeatedly before they would answer. They would pick up the phone then hang up without pause.Update 2/8/24Online ordering is not working. Pizza is still great but you can not order over the phone anymore and did I mention the website ordering is not working.. also .. website specialty toppings are always lagging behind by a month. Never actually know what the specialty is going to be.

By far, the best pizza in Hampton Roads. This hidden gem on Granby St in downtown Norfolk is worth the trouble of finding parking and an empty seat in the restaurant. Your first bite of whatever slice you choose will make it all worthwhile. If you decide to purchase a whole pie, be sure to drive at least a medium sized SUV because it will not fit in a car. Ten stars.

It looks and feels like a NYC pizza joint. There isn’t a lot of inside seating but that’s not the vibe it’s going for. The slices were very fairly priced and enormous! The crust is crispy on the bottom and tasty. Perfect for a New York pizza fold. I don’t rate pizza places lightly. This is a winner!
