First time picking up an order here and I'll never go back. They tlsaid I was early which I was by about 6 minutes. I asked them when it would be ready and tge guy said about 6 minutes. I came back in after 8 minutes and they said another 5 minutes. I gave them another 8 minutes and went back in and they said still not ready. When I showed frustration they got an attitude and started being rude. All I all I waited for about 20 minutes for food that usually only takes about 10 minutes from start to finish. Very rude staff and unprofessional. Slow kitchen staff that can't get food out in time and it wasn't even busy.

Placed a DoorDash order on 4/6/24 for wings & potstickers. All I got in my bag was cole slaw and steamed rice. Apparently they don’t verify the ítems in the bag before DD picks it up for delivery. Unacceptable.

Bonchon never disappoints! I first tried it when it was catered to my work for lunch, I quickly found out why the entire office loves it. The food is hands down amazing. From the dumplings, to the chicken, rice and even the sauces. There’s also really yummy options for vegetarians which is always a plus for me. The owner is SO sweet and always goes above and beyond for us. Stop in when you have the chance and get some good food! You will not be disappointed!
This was our first time trying Bonchon. The staff and bartenders were very friendly while the atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a quick Sunday lunch/drink.

I thought it was pretty good. Got the Bulgogi Bibimbap and wife got the Bulgogi Udon. Also got picked radish side dish. Everything was very good. Greeter and waitress were both friendly and nice. Jokes around a bit. Place was small but clean and nice. A lot of tv’s to watch a game. They are known for their Korean chicken but I couldn’t not have the bibimbap.

The Bonchon in va beach is better. At the very least they make your food right and give you what you ask for. The chicken here is barely coated in sauce even if you ask for it extra saucy. My order looks like it was just fried and then thrown in the box. The only thing entertaining is the TV and music, but you can barely here that over the music that they’re playing in the kitchen so, I guess you work what you are paid for and these days I can tell it’s not much.
