Visiting from out of town first time trying this place The overall ambience of the building is great. Staff is OK as far as the service the wait time for a chicken sandwich was 25 minutes with an order of overcooked fries I got my order to go

i have always loved bonchon- the food is incredible! tonight i was picking up an order and the woman helping my identical twin and i was the sweetest!! she was so kind and complimentary to us- it made our entire week. please give her the biggest raise because she was so beautiful and so amazing!

I am so sad to only be able to give this place 3 stars.. The food is absolutely delicious here - no doubt and always has been. But the main room/sitting area floor was gross. It was so sticky you could hear everyone walking around - I had to pry my foot off the floor or I would have lost my shoe. The waiter we had was nice - he seemed a bit distracted or high, lol, but he was nice. Definitely will not stop going here, but probably won't eat in again.
