“I saw the numerous horrible reviews after I already ate my food. Honestly, it must be hit and miss depending on the staff on shift. Victoria was absolutely delightful and courteous!! 👏🏾 For BK food, it was good...I will say I hadn't eaten for a full day, but I had no complaints. Some folks noted getting sick or poor hygiene practices, I'm just going to pray (as we should with any of these restaurants/establishments these days) I don't get sick.“
“They are still great. I Always hesitate to go because it's in Norfolk and the location, but they haven't let me down so far. My son is a Burger King kid, so I'm thankful for the continuous good food and customer service late at night.“
“Burger King inside NEX food court. Ordered a Chicken Jr and Double Cheeseburger (value meal all the way!); food came quick and delicious. No complains; not sure why all the bad reviews at this particular BK franchise location. Been going about 2 times a year for the past 5 years now, been standard, steady level of service. Parking is shopping center style (may need to park a bit further during busy hours due to amount of NEX patrons)

“I have been going to Burger Kings every since they built one on Victory Blvd in Portsmouth in 1969. But this Burger King on 1106 North Military Highway is a cut French fry above the rest! First of all the exterior was clean, inside the bathroom was clean and the Dining Area was immaculate, scrubbed floors, clean tables and chairs! Wow! I only had French toast sticks, tata tots and a chocolate shake but it was served with kindness and expertise!“
“I've been here a couple times through the drive thru and every time everyone has been very nice. A tad slow on this last one, but my food very very fresh so it's worth the wait. It's not normal fast food places where everyone is rude and hates their job. If they did, it doesn't show. I've had breakfast and non breakfast foods here, it's great!“
“This is the best Burger King in Norfolk!!! I never have any complaints when I come here! (Except one time they forgot a sandwich in my bag, but they fixed it right away) everytime I order through drive-thru, the customer service is 5/5. Keep it up!! I’ll always return 😊“
