Excellent food with probably the best-trained staff and service in the area. A great venue for a relaxing upscale dinner.

Excellent food, the ribeye and sirloin have the best flavor ive had, period. Ruths chris and alberdeen barn can hold a candle to them for ambiance, flavor, or service. Weve come back twice now for special occasions and will return again when we return to town. High class, dining experience

Our server, Mary Beth was excellent and very attentive and knowledgeable. Her recommendations were perfect. There food was excellent as usual

We had a great time at this restaurant and will be back. I had the filet and my husband had the ribeye. The filet was perfectly cooked. My husband said his ribeye was good but not excellent. The sides were delicious and dessert was a must and very delicious. Overall an excellent experience. We will be back soon.

Food was incredible though expensive even by Norfolk standards - based on the ambience worth it. Staff super professional.

Drinks was fantastic, salad was great, crab cake was good, and service was on point. I did not like the 4 cheese mac and cheese, and the steak was overcooked, and lacked flavor.

Our experience there on our 46th Anniversary was superb! The service was outstanding. Our ribeye steaks were cooked to our desired temperature. The Greek salad and garlic potatoes were shareable. Baldwin & Baldwin provides an exceptional dining experience. Steaks are prepared according to the temperature requested, crab cakes are all lump crabmeat, and the sides are shareable. Emmanuel is a very attentive and affable server.

Reservations were made for my anniversary, and the service and food were amazing. Ribeye and filet mignon were ordered with mac and cheese, garlic mash and garlic spinach. Delicious!!!! 10/10

Visiting from Pittsburgh Pa. The staff was absolutely amazing. Very informative and answered any questions we had, with great suggestions. The food was phenomenal. Best steakhouse I've been to.

Absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. Byrd & Baldwin Bros Steakhouse delivers on every level — the atmosphere is classy and intimate, the service is polished and attentive, and the food is simply unforgettable. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful with every bite. Sides and appetizers were just as impressive — especially the lobster bisque and creamed spinach. Our server was knowledgeable and made fantastic wine recommendations that perfectly complemented the meal. If you're looking for a top-tier steakhouse in Norfolk, this is the one. Worth every penny. We'll definitely be back.

My husband and I have heard that this is the best steakhouse in the area, and the word of mouth was not wrong! The dining room has a cozy, intimate feeling but doesn't feel cramped. The wait staff was very attentive. Food was served quickly, but at no point did we feel rushed. The food itself was all outstanding and generous portion sizes meant we took home leftovers.
