I went to Charlie's cheesecakes August 10th and 2:00 in the afternoon upon arrival there was plenty of parking and clean parking lot .. entering I noticed It was quite empty although clean The staff was not as friendly or as knowledgeable I didn't get a very well greeting I didn't get a smile I didn't get that customer service that I was looking for I ordered the original cheese steak for the price that it was I expected a little more The bread was not toasted...
Food tasted good but being a manager at my own Philly cheesesteak restaurant the manager here had no idea about his products like what kind of bread they use or where they came from if they were true Philly bread. Service wasn't the best ether
